Shipping and Shipping Costs

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are processed every business day. After we ship your package, you'll usually receive it within 1 to 2 business days.

If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact our customer service via the LIVE chat on our website. We'll then immediately check on the status of your package.

Postage costs

We ship orders to the Netherlands and Belgium for free.

Return costs

If you return a package, you are responsible for the return costs. We recommend using PostNL to return it to the Nutrifoodz PO Box in the Netherlands. We do not use PO Boxes for Belgium, so you can choose any carrier you prefer.
